A user can pull credit reports of any borrower or co- borrower by using the Import action tool within lead details on inflow (see Permission for more details)

• Click on the Credit Report option will display a Request Credit Report popup

• A credit report can be requested for the borrower or co borrower individually or jointly

• Currently, Insellerate is integrated with Funding Suite and Equifax as the reporting service that provides credit report from the 3 credit bureaus of Transunion, Experian and Equifax

• The user has the option to select any 1, any 2 or all 3 of the credit bureaus for the credit report information

• Before requesting a credit report, there are specific lead details that are mandatory to be able to generate a credit report

  • SSN number

  • Birth date

  • Mailing address

  • If the above details are not provided, a warning toaster will be displayed asking the user to enter the missing details

• After all the required information are filled out, clicking on the Request button on the Request Credit Report popup will lead the user to another disclaimer notifying the user that a charge may be incurred for the credit report and to confirm the request

• After the user confirms the request, a blue toaster is displayed notifying the user that the report is in process

• If the request is successful, another green toaster is displayed notifying the user that the credit report has been successfully pulled and can now be downloaded

• The physical credit report can then be downloaded by clicking on the green toaster

• The number of credit pulled by each user is displayed in Sales Manager Report v2 under the Credit Pulls column

• All the downloaded credit reports can be accessed in the Document section of the lead details

• With each credit report generated and pulled, there is a new entry in the Lead History indicating that the lead’s credit was pulled
