Local Dial Presence displays a local area code to borrowers when making outbound calls.

Setup:

• Insellerate has uploaded phone numbers tied with your organization to be used for Local Dial Presence. These numbers are listed under the Admin tab, Local Dial Presence. Here, you can see the area code and state for each phone number.

• You can Add mappings from existing phone numbers to new area codes. One phone number can be tied to multiple area codes. For example, one AZ number can be mapped to all AZ area codes.

• You can also Delete existing mappings.

Outbound Calls:

• When an agent makes an outbound call through Click-to-Call, Insellerate will check the area code of the borrower and present a phone number with that area code on the borrower’s caller ID.

• There may be multiple phone numbers associated with your organization. If a Local Dial Presence number is available for the borrower’s area code, it will be displayed on the borrower’s phone. If a Local Dial Presence number is not available, then the agent’s caller ID will be presented. This also occurs when the agent’s caller ID matches the borrower’s area code. If Local Dial Presence and Caller ID are not defined, then your organization’s number will appear.

Inbound Calls:

• If a borrower calls back the Local Dial Presence number, Insellerate will transfer the call to the last agent who made a call to the borrower. The call will connect to the agent’s phone number defined in their user profile.

Reporting:

• In Sales Manager Report, inbound calls made to the Local Dial Presence number will be recorded in the Direct column.
