The Reminder popup is displayed at the specified reminder duration before the scheduled follow-up appointment.
The current reminder is highlighted in green and displays the time remaining for the upcoming follow-up appointment.
All reminders (past and current) are displayed in the Reminders popup unless dismissed or the original follow-up is deleted.
Action | Description |

Snooze | You can snooze the reminder for a duration of 5 minutes up to 60 minutes starting from the time you click on the Snooze button. |
Dismiss | Allows you to dismiss the selected follow up from the list (highlighted in green.) The follow-up will be removed from the popup. |
Complete | Click Complete to finish the follow-up. The completed status of the follow-up will show in the Lead History. |

Dismiss All | Allows you to dismiss all follow ups present and clears the entire popup. Dismissing any follow-up ensures that the reminder for that follow-up is never displayed again. |
Clicking the Close button of the popup will remove the reminder from the screen but does not dismiss any follow-ups.
Missed Follow-Ups
If you are logged out of your account and miss a reminder for any follow-up, the reminder is displayed immediately as you log back in.
The reminder displays the time overdue for the follow-up.
