Description
The Team/Agent dropdown allows managers to view both their team and individual user counts.
Viewing Permissions
The Team/Agent dropdown populates based on a user’s viewing permissions:
Default: view applications assigned to me and any user who reports to me
View Team: view applications assigned to all teams who report to my manager
View All: view all applications regardless of owner
