Lead caps set a maximum number of leads that an agent can take from a single campaign. Lead caps may be set for the following distribution types only:
Distribute All
Distribute Ring All
Distribute Agent - Round Robin
Lead caps may be set in two ways from the Lead Caps page:
For all agents within a campaign
For a specific agent within a campaign
Lead caps are a permission setting that requires an agent or organization to request access from the Insellerate Superadmin.
How to View Default Lead Caps for All Agents
From the inLead drop-down menu, click Lead Caps.
The Lead Caps page opens showing all campaigns. For each campaign, the user can see the distribution group, distribution type, and default lead cap associated with that campaign.
How to Create Default Lead Caps for All Agents in a Campaign
From the Lead Caps page, click inside the Default Lead Cap box of the campaign whose lead cap you would like to change.
Type or use the up/down arrows to modify the number.
The Default Lead Cap column displays the modified lead cap number for all agents within that campaign.
How to Create Custom Lead Caps for Specific Agents in a Campaign
From the Lead Caps page, choose a name from the User drop-down menu to view a specific agent.
The list of campaigns that opens includes only those that the agent has access to. The Custom Lead Cap column is now included for each campaign.
Click inside the Custom Lead Cap box of the campaign whose lead cap you would like to change.
Type or use the up/down arrows to modify the number.
The Custom Lead Cap column displays the modified lead cap number for the selected agent within that campaign.
How to Set a Total Lead Cap in User Registration
A total lead cap (limiting the total number of leads a user can take) can be set for each agent within User Registration.
