Depending on their permissions, users may be able to edit the post before pushing it live. Whether you want to share instantly or schedule for a future date and time, the choice is yours. Simplify your social media presence and maximize engagement with this powerful tool.

Content Approvers Permission to Edit

What does it mean to Content Approvers?

Content approvers will have the ability to edit content sent for their approval. The creator of the content will remain the same in the system.

Filter Content Panel User Experience

The left panel has been updated, including fonts and sizing changes to allow more filtering options to be displayed without scrolling on the screen.

Email Content Editor Enhanced

The content editor has been updated to allow users to search for merge tags. This is available in the Content Library and inTouch.

  • Merge Tags: Ability to Search

  • Anchor Links: Hyperlinks in emails to take readers to specific paragraphs within an email

  • Video: Links to TikTok option

  • Banners: Orientation Options for Veriticle, Square, and Horizontal

  • HTML Block: copy in HTML from your design software

Issue: Encompass TPO is not creating some branches and incorrectly assigning some contacts.

Issue: If a user puts in either a role or branch, they could initiate a task with the template. Both should be required prior to starting a task.
