How to Review Calls Using Recent Communications
Click the Recent Communications icon.
The Recent Communications tab opens.
This tab displays the history of calls over the last seven days. It includes Missed Calls, Calls, Made, and Calls Received.

Call Received
Click on a call to see the call details including the type of call and the length of the call.
