Overview

This article describes how to use the voicemail feature of the WebPhone. It covers the following information:


How to Review Calls Using Recent Communications

  1. Click the Recent Communications icon.

     

  2. The Recent Communications tab opens.

    • This tab displays the history of calls over the last seven days. It includes Missed Calls, Calls, Made, and Calls Received.

      • Missed Calls

      • Calls Made

      • Call Received

  3. Click on a call to see the call details including the type of call and the length of the call.
