This section contains prospects that have not successfully distributed

  • Lead

    • First and last name of the lead

  • Post Date

    • The date and time the lead was posted to the campaign via lead post or campaign upload

  • Campaign

    • The campaign to which the lead was posted

  • Loan amount

    • The loan amount- first mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Proposed loan amount

    • The proposed loan amount- first value mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Current loan amount

    • The Initial loan amount- first value mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Phone

    • The mobile phone number of the lead

  • Property State

    • The state in which the property is as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Property Zip

    • The zip code of the property address as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Mailing State

    • The mailing state of the mailing address as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Proposed Loan purpose

    • The proposed loan purpose- first value as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Current loan purpose

    • The current loan purpose- first value as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Loan rate

    • The loan rate- first value as mentioned in the lead details when the lead was posted

  • Home Value

  • The unassigned leads visible to the logged in user depends on the following

    • Matching branch permissions between the user and the campaign the prospect belongs to

    • Matching State licenses between the user and the lead’s property information

  • All unassigned leads have a Take button which enables users to take the leads and assign them to themselves

  • The count at the top right of each of the sections displays the number of unassigned leads present in the section

    • The count automatically refreshes when a prospect is taken
