This article explains the function of the Campaign Branch Permission field.

When new lead data is uploaded into Insellerate but not assigned to an agent, the lead remains a prospect.  Since prospects are not associated with an agent, the Branch assignment in User Registration cannot be used to define who can view the prospect.

Users can go to inLead > Campaigns to modify existing campaigns, or create new campaigns, and define which branches are able to view the prospect when using any of the Prospect Search tools within inFlow.

When a new or existing campaign is clicked, the Campaign Branch Permission field is accessible.

  • This field allows for more than one branch to be selected.

  • It is not a required field so, if a campaign does not belong to any branch, all prospects belonging to the campaign are available to all users.

  • If a campaign is associated with one or more branch permissions, a user with matching branch permissions can view/take and search for all prospects.

  • Once a prospect is assigned to a Loan Officer and becomes an application, the Application View rights are based on the primary branch of the Loan Officer assigned.
