Bulk Actions is a tool to change multiple applications at once. There are two types of bulk actions:

  • Bulk Reassign

  • Bulk Change Status

Bulk Reassign

Bulk Reassign is used to reassign multiple applications from one user to another.

  1. Click the Bulk Actions icon in the top right corner of the page. This opens the Bulk Actions popup.

  2. Select User.

  3. In the From dropdown, select the user whose applications are being reassigned. The table will populate with all applications currently assigned to that user.

  4. In the To dropdown, select the user who will receive these applications.

  5. Select multiple checkboxes to choose multiple applications, or click the top checkbox to select the entire page.

  6. Click Assign to reassign applications. Green popup notifications appear to confirm success.

Bulk Change Status

Bulk Change Status is used to change the status and activity of multiple applications at once.

  1. Click the Bulk Actions icon in the top right corner of the page. This opens the Bulk Actions popup.

  2. Select Status & Activity.

  3. In the From dropdowns, select the Status and Activity of the applications you want to change. The table will populate with all applications currently in that Activity.

  4. In the To dropdowns, select the desired Status and Activity.
    Note: The Activity dropdowns are initially grayed out. Select a Status to populate the corresponding activities in the dropdown.

  5. Select multiple checkboxes to choose multiple applications, or click the top checkbox to select the entire page.

  6. Click Assign to change the status of the applications.


Tips

  1. The default number of applications displayed in the table is 10. This can be increased to 25 or 100 items per page.

  2. Click the Select All checkbox to select all items on the page.

  3. Columns can be filtered by clicking the Filter icon in the column header. For example, to filter results by campaign:

    • Click the Filter icon in the Campaign column.

    • Select the desired campaigns.

    • Click Filter.

    • Click Clear to turn off the filter.

  4. Results can be displayed in ascending or descending order by clicking a column header.

  • No labels
