SMS Enhancement: user must be assigned to a lead to send SMS

Per customer feedback, users now must still be assigned to a lead / application in order to send new SMS messages. Use case: a user is assigned to a lead and has a SMS conversation with the contact. However, company lead rules have the lead re-assigned to someone else. The original owner can no longer send SMS to the contact. The SMS text box will be grayed out if a user opens the SMS text box but is not longer assigned to the lead.
