Inbound Call Routing Report
The report will now show who was called for a specific inbound call within the Call Detail popup for any column in the report where agents are called.
inTouch - Added New Sender tokens
New tokens were added to associate to the communication sender:
Sender Caller ID
Sender Phone Extension
Bugs
inFlow “Other” fields for dates: Other fields using dates were showing in UTC. Updated and now showing based on the user’s computer timezone.
Main Dashboard: Main Dashboard report was not including the last day of the month. Resolved.
Engagement Report SMS Detail Popup: SMS body was not showing for the first row. Resolved.
