Saved Report Views

You may define the viewable columns and save your report views (columns) for the following reports and sections:

• My Pipeline

• Marketing Report

• Sales Manager Report

• Real Estate Agent Report

• Referral Partner Report

• Email Report

• My Report

• inFlow

Detailed User Guide

1. Go to one of the sections or reports listed above. A new set of icons appears in the right corner of the report.

2. Open the Report column.

3. Select a tool.

4. Choose the columns you want to set as your Saved View.

5. Select the Save View icon on the report. This will save your view for future use.

   1. If you leave the report or log out of Insellerate, the next time you visit the report and want to see your view, select the Load Saved View icon and your saved view will appear.

   2. If you want to permanently clear your saved view, select the Clear View icon and the view will return to the Default View.

   3. You can save a new view anytime by repeating the Steps 1-5.
