A status is the disposition of a lead and where the lead currently stands within the loan process.
An activity is action to be completed or that can be completed during the loan process.
Workflow
Status and activities are used for the workflow within Insellerate. The workflow can be completely customized to fit an organization’s needs. Status and activity names can be changed to better fit an organization’s internal workflow. Organizations may also choose to add timers for Alerts and Open Leads on each status and activity. Timers can be adjusted to minutes, hours, and business days.
Manual Disposition
Users are able to manually disposition a lead to a specified status and activity. See Action Tools Overview for more information and other features.
inFlow
Users are able to see their leads categorized under their organization’s workflow statuses within the inFlow page. The number displayed on the right side is the count of leads currently within the specified status. Click the arrow on the left side to dropdown/collapse the leads within the status.
