Overview

Using the WebPhone for outbound calls helps businesses manage their outbound calling campaigns more efficiently and effectively. You can adjust the call settings based on the needs of your organization to stop or allow inbound calls while making outbound calls.

This article covers the following information about using the WebPhone for outbound calls


How to Make an Outbound Call

  1. Click the blue WebPhone tab on the right side of the screen to open the WebPhone panel.

  2. Choose from two options to make an outbound call.

    • Manually dial the phone number using the dial pad and then click the Call button.

    • Click any phone icon in the Insellerate application to initiate a call through the Click-to-Call feature automatically.


How to Hang Up a Call

Click the Hangup button on the WebPhone panel.


Settings for Outbound Calls

The WebPhone Call Settings must be set to either Online or Outbound Only to make outbound calls.

Online

The Online WebPhone setting allows both inbound and outbound calls.

Outbound Only

The Outbound Only WebPhone setting allows only outbound calls.
