My Reports

My Reports page is permission based and is used to run reports based on the entire org’s data and is usually used by Org admins (see Permission for more details)

1. Retrieve report based on selected filters

  • All Application Roles

    • All applications assigned to agent

    • Multiple agents can be assigned to same App

  • All Follow Ups

    • All leads with a follow up action tied to them

  • All Leads

    • All applications within the organization

  • All Prospects

    • All leads within the organization

2. Columns

  • Report type

    • The name of report being run

  • Requested

    • The time and date on which the report was requested to be run

  • Status

    • The status of the report as it is being run.

    • There are four status

      • Queued

        • This status is displayed immediately after the user selects a report and clicks on Run report

      • Running

        • This status is displayed after ‘Queued” when the report is being generated

      • Success

        • This status is displayed after the report has been successfully run and is available for downloading

      • Error

        • This status is displayed where there has a system failure while processing the report

  • Completed

    • The time and date when the report finished running

3. Functions of the buttons on My Report

  • Run Report

    • The Run report button is disabled by default and is only enabled after the user has selected a report to run from the Report name dropdown

    • After selecting the type of report to run, the user must click on the Run report button to start the processing of the report

    • Upon clicking on run report button, a green toaster will be displayed to notify user that an email will be sent when the report is ready

    • Refresh the page to see the query status of the selected report

  • Download a report

    • The download button is displayed only after the report has been run successfully and is ready to download

    • Once the button is displayed, it is always enabled

    • The user can download the report any number of times

  • Delete a report

    • The user can delete any report that is available for download and the row will be permanently removed from the grid

    • A green toaster will be displayed to notify user that the selected report has been deleted

  • Cancel a report

    • The Cancel button is displayed only when the report is still queued

    • A green toaster will be displayed to notify user that the selected report has been cancelled

    • This button is available only for the duration of the report being processed and is replaced by the Delete button once the report is completed

  • Export grid results

    • The export excel button is used to export data from the My Report grid into an excel file download it to the user’s system

    • The excel export button is displayed only if the org and user has Excel export permission ON in for the org and role

    • The downloaded result will be in excel file

  • There are two versions of the grid results that can be downloaded depending on the following

    • With Kendo + ExportAllPages permission ON for the org, the Export excel button will export all pages of the grid results

    • With Kendo + ExportAllPages permission OFF for the org, the Export excel button will only export the first page of the grid results (first 100 results)
