Columns

  • The first column indicates the which type of call

    inbound or outbound

    it is.

    • Inbound

    • Outbound

  • The second column indicates if the call is successful connected or failed. If an outbound or inbound call is not successfully connected, the call details will not be displayed in the call activity section Call Activity section.

    • Connected

    • Failed

  • The third column displays the Talk time Time duration of the entire call.

    • If a call’s talk time is under 30 seconds, the talk time duration is displayed as 00:00:00.

    • If the call’s talk time is greater than 30 seconds, the actual talk time is displayed.

    • The talk time is displayed as a hyperlink only if the Ytel Phone recording Recording permission is ON On for the org
