Call Activity

Description

All incoming and outgoing calls for each record are listed within the Call Activity section in the Record Details Panel on the right side of inFlow.

Overview

The columns/information available in the Call Activity section include Call Direction, Call Type, Reviews, Talk Time, Date, Phone, and By. You can filter down to select the desired columns for this section. The total number of calls for the record is listed in the top right corner. Click the Refresh icon to update the section.

Columns

Call Direction

The Call Direction column indicates whether the call is an outbound call or inbound call.

Call Type

The Call Type column indicates if the call was successful (connected) or unsuccessful (did not connect).

Reviews

This column displays a clickable icon linking to an AI-generated overview of call activity. This tool is only available to organizations who subscribe to this feature.

Talk Time

The Talk Time column displays the duration of the entire call. The talk time is displayed as a hyperlink only if this permission is turned on for the organization.

  • If the talk time is under 30 seconds, the talk time duration is displayed as 00:00:00.

  • If the talk time is greater than 30 seconds, the actual talk time is displayed.

Click the hyperlinked Talk Time to open the Call Recording popup window. The popup plays the recording of the call from the time it is dialed/placed through the end of the call. This may cause the call’s recording time to differ slightly from the call’s talk time in the Call Activity section.

Date

This is the date the call was placed.

Phone

This is the number called.

By

This is who places the call.
