The SMS Details – Attempted popup contains lead details of the applications to which text messages were attempted to be sent.
The lead details reflect information in inFlow such as Primary Agent, Current Status, Last Activity, First Name, Last Name, etc.
A green or grey checkmark in the Succeeded column indicates if the attempt was successful with the help.
Export data using the Excel Export button.
