The SMS Details – Attempted popup contains lead details of the applications to which text messages were attempted to be sent.

 

  • The lead details reflect information in inFlow such as Primary Agent, Current Status, Last Activity, First Name, Last Name, etc.

  • A green or grey checkmark in the Succeeded column indicates if the attempt was successful with the help.

  • Export data using the Excel Export button.
