The SMS Details – Sent popup contains lead details of the applications to which text messages were successfully sent.
The lead details reflect information in inFlow such as Primary Agent, Current Status, Last Activity, First Name, Last Name, etc.
The SMS body can also be viewed by hovering over the Text icon in the SMS Body column.
Export data using the Excel Export button.
