The SMS Details – Sent popup contains lead details of the applications to which text messages were successfully sent.

 

  • The lead details reflect information in inFlow such as Primary Agent, Current Status, Last Activity, First Name, Last Name, etc.

  • The SMS body can also be viewed by hovering over the Text icon in the SMS Body column.


     

  • Export data using the Excel Export button.
