  1. Search for a prospect in inFlow with Prospect Search. The Prospect Search Results popup will open.

  2. Find the prospect.

  3. Click the Take button next to the lead. The Take button is available if you are eligible for the lead based on state licensing.

  4. The popup will close and the application will open on the right side of inFlow.
