Action Tools

Description

This article provides an overview of the features of the Action Tools toolbar and Quick Action Tools.

Action tools are specific shortcuts for actions that a user can perform on the lead. The action tools displayed in the toolbar depend on the permissions granted to the user’s role and organization.

Note: The Edit Action Tool can be used to edit a partner’s information in inFlow.

This article covers the following information about action tools:


Action Tools Toolbar

The Action Tools toolbar opens in the Record Details Panel of a viewed lead.

Quick Action Tools

Without opening a lead, you can select one of the following action tools: Call Application, Send SMS, Create Note, and Create Follow-Up. This feature is not available in the Card View.

Phone

The Phone action tool is used to list all phone numbers within the lead details and give the user the ability to call. See the Click-to-Call Overview article for details.

SMS

The SMS action tool allows the user to open the SMS chatbox and send SMS messages to the lead. See the SMS article for details.

Follow-Up

The Follow-Up action tool allows the user to create a follow-up appointment for any lead. See the Follow-Ups article for details.

Add Note

The Add Note action tool allows the user to add notes to the lead. See the How To: Add a Note to a Lead article for details.

Export

The Export action tool allows the user to export lead data to any of the third-party systems configured with the organization.

Property Info

The Property Info action tool provides the option to display property details for the property information in lead details.

No Sale / Do Not Contact

The No Sale / Do Not Contact action tool is used to move a lead directly to the No Sale or Do Not Contact status.

Download

The Download action tool is used to download the lead details in the following formats:

  • CSV file

  • Tab Delimited file

  • Fannie Mae file

Import

The Import action tool is used to import data from third-party integrations such as:

  • Credit Report

  • Fiserv

  • Magnus

Assign

The Assign action tool is used to assign agents to the lead. See the How To: Reassign a Lead article for details.

Change Status

The Change Status action tool is used to change the status of the lead to any status within the organization. See the How To: Change the Status of a Lead article for details.

inTouch Action

The inTouch Action action tool allows users to override the User Level Profile settings at the lead level for a specific lead. See the inTouch Action Tool article for details.

Refresh

The Refresh action tool is used to refresh and load any updates made to the lead details.
