This article describes how to view Call Records. It includes how to access the Call Records popup, the columns it contains, and how to export the information.

To view the call records, click any call count in the Total Calls column. The Call Records popup will open.

  • The phone numbers appear as blue hyperlinks if phone permissions are On for the user. These numbers are available for click-to-call.

  • The Talk Times column displays the individual call times per campaign and should match the talk times in the Call Activity section of the leads in the campaign selected.

  • The total number of call records in this Call Records popup should match the lead count in the Marketing Report.

  • Click the Excel Export button to begin a download of a CSV file with all data shown in the popup, including the headers.
