Marketing Report
Description
The Marketing Report displays applications based on campaigns. It provides information about the efficiency and performance of a specific campaign. This article provides the following information about the Marketing Report:
How to View the Marketing Report
Select Marketing Report from the inSight dropdown menu.
The Marketing Report page opens.
Select the filters you would like to see on the report.
Click Run Report.
The Marketing Report opens displaying the report data.
Filters
Managers and administrators can run reports based on selected filters in specific fields.

Column Names and Descriptions
Certain columns in the Marketing Report are displayed by default. Additional columns may be added but are hidden by default. The columns can be ordered in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column header or selecting it in the column dropdown. Additionally, columns can be reordered by dragging the column header.
More statuses can be added/removed. The statuses displayed are configured according to each organization.
Column totals are listed at the bottom of the report.
Results can be grouped by column by dragging the desired column header above the column names.
The Totals row contains the aggregated data of the respective columns.

Marketing Channel | The marketing channel of the campaign listed; matches the marketing channel field on the Campaign page |
New Lead | Number of leads in the New Lead status associated with the specific campaign |
Campaign Name | Name of the campaign to which the lead belongs (all campaigns with the same user branch permissions as the logged in user will be displayed) |
Total Leads | Total leads present in the campaign assigned to a particular user |
Total Calls | Total calls made for all leads in the campaign assigned to a particular user |
Contact Rate | Percentage of total leads contacted by the user (Contacted/Total Leads) |
Cost/Lead | The cost per lead (for both fixed and variable marketing campaigns) as defined in the campaign’s cost calculation fields |
Cost/Lock | The total amount spent in the campaign divided by the number of leads that move into the Lock status (which is based on the Lock Date field) (Cost Per Lead x Number of Total Leads/Number of Locks) |
Cost/Submission | The total amount spent in the campaign divided by the number of leads submitted (Cost Per Lead x Number of Total Leads/Number of Submissions) |
Cost/Funding | The total amount spent in the campaign divided by the number of funded leads (Cost Per Lead x Number of Total Leads/Number of Funded) |
Response Rate | The percentage of prospects that turned into leads (applications) (Total Leads/Number of Prospects) |

Lead Vendor | Lead vendor of the campaign as mentioned on the Campaign Details page |
Start Date | Start date of campaign as mentioned on the Campaign Details page |
Number of Prospects | Number of prospects posted to the campaign |
Conversion Rate | Percentage of New Deals converted to New Leads To see the field that drives New Deals get with support or your Customer Success Manager |
Campaign Cost | The total loan amount generated per campaign |
Cost/Call | The total loan amount generated per call |
Calls/Prospects | Total number of calls made per prospect |
Credit Transfer | Allows the user to link specific organization statuses to the Transferred category. The count increments if the lead is moved into the status that is selected. |
Lock | Based on Library Field (Rate Locked Date) and automatically increments if this becomes populated. |
Lock/Transfer | Allows the user to link specific organization statuses to the Transferred category. Any lead moved into this status during the selected time frame would appear in the Marketing Report. |
Custom 1-7 | If your organization adds custom information to a campaign setting, that information appears in the Custom fields. |
How to Select Columns
Users may choose which columns appear in the Marketing Report. by following these steps.
Click the three vertical dots to the right of any column header. In this example, we are clicking in the Marketing Channel column.
Click Columns to open the list of columns available for the report.
Place a checkmark next to the columns you would like to include in the report.
Note: The Custom column headers in the list of available columns contain custom information your organization can add to a campaign.
Functions of the Buttons
How to Export the Current View of the Report
Click the Excel Export button to save a report. The button is visible to users with export permission within inSight.
How to Save/Load/Clear Grid Setting
Save/Load
Click Save to save the current setting of the report.
The Load button will now be highlighted.
Add one or more columns to the Report view.
Click the Save button again.

Clear View
Click the Clear View button.
The setting will return to the previous setting before the view was saved. Note: Clearing a setting is not static unless it is saved after clearing.
