Unassigned:  Allows the user to give unassigned leads to agents with the appropriate state licensing

  1. Click the Bulk Actions icon in the main menu bar. This opens the Bulk Actions popup.

  2. Click the User tab.

  3. In the From dropdown, select the user whose applications are being reassigned. The table will populate with all applications currently assigned to that user.

  4. Turn the Filter by State toggle switch to Yes to filter the list of leads by the state licenses associated with the selected user. Leads that do not include a state will also be listed and may be assigned to the user.

  5. In the To dropdown, select the user who will receive the applications. Select multiple checkboxes to choose multiple applications, or click the top checkbox to select the entire page.

  6. Click the three dots in the State column and Filter to see a list of states the user in the To field is licensed in.

    Note: The state licensing information for each user is listed in the State Licenses field of User Registration. These are the states that will show leads for bulk reassigning.

  7. Click Assign to reassign applications. Green popup notifications appear to confirm success.

  1. Click the Unassigned tab.

  2. Select an agent from the To dropdown menu.

  3. A list of unassigned leads will appear. Each lead meets the following criteria:

    • Is in the agent’s View Permissions for branches by the lead campaign

    • Is in a state for which the agent has the appropriate state licensing

  4. Place a check mark next to the lead(s) to be assigned to the agent.

  5. Click Assign.

  6. A green popup notification appears to confirm that the leads are being assigned.

  7. A second green popup notification confirms the successful assignment of the lead(s).

  1. The default number of applications displayed in the table is 10. This can be increased to 25 or 100 items per page.

  2. Click the Select All checkbox to select all items on the page.

  3. Columns can be filtered by clicking the Filter icon in the column header. For example, to filter results by campaign:

    1. Click the Filter icon in the Campaign column.

    2. Select the desired campaigns.

    3. Click Filter.

    4. Click Clear to turn off the filter.

  4. Results can be displayed in ascending or descending order by clicking a column header.
