Instructions
  1. Go to the Insellerate Login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password? The Reset Password popup Apopup window to confirm your identity opens.

  3. Enter your company email address.

  4. Click Reset.

     A popup opens stating that you should receive an email with password reset instructions.

    The email containing the reset link is sent from do-not-reply@insellerate.com with the subject line, Insellerate Password Recovery. Click the Reset Password button to be redirected to the Insellerate Password Reset page.

  5. Enter and confirm the new password. The password must contain:
    • 8-32 characters
    • Upper and lowercase letters
    • Numeric character
    • Special character
  6. Click Update Password.

    The Password Reset popup confirms the update is successful.

    the Send verification code button. This will trigger an email with your verification code to be sent to your company email address.

  7. Locate the email in your company email inbox. 
    • The email will be sent from Microsoft.
    • The subject line will read Insellerate account email verification code.

  8. Copy the validation code in the email.

  9. Paste the verification code in the verification code popup.

  10. Click Verify code. 
    Note: The code will expire within ten minutes. Click Send new code if a new code is needed.

  11. Click the Password Reset button on the email address verification popup.

  12. Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

  13. Click Continue to be logged in to Insellerate.
