Reset Password

This article describes how to reset your password.

Instructions

1. Go to the Insellerate Login page.

2. Click Forgot your password? A popup window to confirm your identity opens.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Enter your company email address.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Click the Send verification code button. This will trigger an email with your verification code to be sent to your company email address.
   
   

    

5. Locate the email in your company email inbox.

   • The email will be sent from Microsoft.

   • The subject line will read Insellerate account email verification code.
     
     

      

6. Copy the verification code in the email.
   
   

    

7. Paste the verification code in the verification code popup.
   
   

    

8. Click Verify code.
   Note: The code will expire within ten minutes of receipt. Click Send new code if a new code is needed.
   
   

    

9. Click the Password Reset button on the email address verification popup.
   
   

    

10. Enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
    
    

     

11. Click Continue to be logged in to Insellerate.
