Overview
The Calendar section displays all of a user’s scheduled follow-ups. It is an integrated scheduling tool designed for users to manage their follow-ups. The Calendar can be used to schedule, edit, view, call, delete, and complete follow-ups.

Calendar Views
Users can choose from four different views within the Calendar section: Day, Work Week, Week, and Month.
The left/right arrows allow the user to move backward and forward in the calendar they have selected.

Day
By default, the calendar displays the daily, defined work hours of 7 am to 6 pm. Clicking the Show Full Day button displays the full-day schedule of 5 am to 10 pm.

The work week is defined as Monday through Friday.

A week is defined as Sunday through Saturday.

Month
The Month view displays all days within a month.

Viewing Follow-Up Notes
Any notes associated with a follow-up can be viewed in the Calendar or in the Notes section of the Application Panel.

Hovering the cursor over any follow-up displays the summarized version of any included notes.

Clicking Notes in the Application Panel displays any notes associated with the follow-up.

Schedule a New Follow-Up
A follow-up may be scheduled directly from the Calendar as well as from the Follow-Ups section.
Click New Lead in inFlow.
Select a new lead.
Open the Calendar section.
Double-click inside any future day/time on any calendar view to open the Schedule Follow-Up window.
Complete the fields Schedule Follow-Up window.
Type (required): Select Call, Email, Other, or SMS from the dropdown.
Date and Time (required): Select the date and time. (Note: All past dates are disabled.)
Assigned: Assign the follow-up to another user. This is a permissions-based feature.
Reminder: The default reminder time of 15 minutes can be changed.
Notes: Any added notes (up to 2000 characters) will appear in the Notes section of the lead.
Add to Calendar: Add the follow-up to your configured iCalendar or Outlook calendar. The follow-up schedule file is automatically downloaded.
Subject: The default subject is the type of follow-up / the borrower’s full name. The default can be modified in this field.
Click Update to save the follow-up to the lead.
You will receive a reminder popup prior to the designated follow-up time.

Existing Follow-Up Actions
Users may perform several actions on scheduled follow-ups from the Calendar section. For an existing follow-up, the following actions can be performed by right-clicking the follow-up tile.

Completed/Incomplete: The Completed/Incomplete toggle allows users to change the status of a follow-up.

View a Follow-Up
Right-click on a follow-up.
Click View.
Details for the lead associated with the follow-up open in the Application Panel (right side) of inFlow.
Call a Follow-Up
Right-click on a follow-up.
Click Call.
Edit a Follow-Up
Right-click on a follow-up.
Click Edit.
The Schedule Follow-Up popup window will open to allow edits to be made.
Delete a Follow-Up
Right-click on a follow-up.
Click Delete.
Click Delete to confirm the deletion, or Cancel to cancel the deletion, when prompted.
The deleted follow-up will be removed from both the Calendar and the Follow-Ups section.
Complete a Follow-Up
Right-click on a follow-up.
Click Completed or Incomplete to change the status of a follow-up.
A green popup confirming the status change appears in the top right of the screen.

Reminders
The Reminder(s) popup window displays a list of all reminders (past and current) for scheduled follow-ups. The reminders are kept until they are either dismissed or the original follow-up is deleted.
