  • During a meeting with a Referral Partner you can pull up all of their leads in a consolidated view using this report.

  • Use automated engagement emails and texts to update them as the application moves forward.

  • Add follow-up reminders to stay in touch on current deals and discuss value you can add to them on future deals.

  • Add them to an engagement marketing flow to stay in contact.

Sales Manager Report

The Sales Manager Report can be filtered to see only pending deals from Partners. Managers and organizations can use the Sales Manager Report to monitor the Effort and Success of agents working with Partners.

inTouch Engagements

Use inTouch Paths to automatically send updates to your Referral Partners. You can build on your relationship using custom communications with your partners. Use email, RVM, and SMS to send updates to your Partners.

  • Create an inTouch Engagement path to send updates to your Partners when they change status throughout the loan application process. To do this, use Status and Activity changes as triggers.

  • Leverage any of the Partner fields or Custom fields set up in the inTouch communications. For example, you could use the Referral Partner and Spouse’s Names in an email inviting them to an event.

  • Send out personalized holiday emails.

  • Activate the Insellerate Partner Newsletters that are branded with your information. Follow these steps to see if the Monthly Partner Newsletter is currently going out.

    1. Navigate to the inSight tab.

    2. Click Email Report.

    3. Pull up a report containing more than one month of data.

    4. Look for a Task Name containing a Newsletter with a Contact Type Partner.

      Note: If you do not see Monthly Partner Newsletters, talk with your Customer Success Manager about options or open a Support ticket.
