Click inFlow from the inFlow tab drop-down list.
Click on a new lead.
Click the No Sale / DNC icon on the Action Tools bar.

Select No Sale to change the status and activity to No Sale.
The No Sale popup window opens.
Select a reason from the Reason drop-down list.
Click Update to save. In this example, Not Interested has been selected as the reason.
A green popup notification opens confirming the status and activity are updated. (Note that the Activity field now lists Not Interested.)
