Limits
The system limits the maximum number of emails , RVMs, and SMS messages that can be sent daily. These limits are set at the organization level as a layer of protection. They are in place to protect your number and domain reputation against accidental sends to large data sets. The daily limitations are set at:
Email: 100,000
SMS: 10,000
RVM: 10,000

The inTouch main grid is located under the inTouch tab on the main navigation bar.
A new inTouch path can be added using the Add button at the top left-hand corner of the inTouch main grid. See the Path Setup article for more details.
An inTouch path can be inactivated for later use instead of being deleted.
An inTouch path can be edited or deleted through the inTouch main grid.
The maximum number of inTouch paths that can be created per organization is 35. When a path is marked 'Inactive,” it will not count toward the total of 35 allowed paths.
SMS and RVM messages queued to be sent outside of the TCPA state-level hours are rescheduled to be sent the following day within the next available TCPA hours.
The picture uploaded to the User Profile will be available on inTouch engagements. For AgentConnect clients, the image will also be available in AgentConnect.
