How to Send a Test Email on Existing Content

  1. Select Create New Task

  2. If you have edit permissions, you will see Edit Content optionClick the Send Test Email Button

  3. This opens the Send Email panel

  4. Select From Agent using the drop-down list.

    1. This will be who the email is coming from.

  5. Select an Application from the drop-down.

  6. To Emails(s)

    1. Enter the email address identifying where to Send the Test Email

  7. Click Send Test Email to Send the Email

Note: The selected application will not get a test email it is there to pull in any needed data for the test email only.
