Overview
The Content Library provides a collection of templates covering various topics. This includes email templates for your agents to use within your organization. These templates can empower agents to communicate with their customers efficiently and in the tone set by your organization. All of the templates within the Content Library can be organized (and easily searchable) using tags. The Content Library is designed to be adaptable and customizable to suit your organization's needs.
The Content Library can serve as a central location where marketing departments can upload content for agencies. It allows for a streamlined process of creating and distributing content, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all communications. Ultimately, the Content Library can be invaluable for organizations looking to improve customer communications.
Note
Content creation is based on the permissions set by each organization. Users, depending on their permissions, may or may not be able to upload content directly. Users must request permissions from their Admin to create/edit/upload content.
