The Content Library provides a collection of templates covering various topics. This includes email templates for your agents to use within your organization. All of the templates within the Content Library can be organized (and easily searchable) using tags. Note
Content creation is based on the permissions set by each organization. Users, depending on their permissions, may or may not be able to upload content directly. Users must request permissions from their Admin to create/edit/upload content.
