Open the Create New Content drop-down menu.
Click Add Content.
Click Regular Email.
The Create New Content panel opens with the regular editor tools.
Enter a subject for the email. (This is a required field.)
Create a new tag(s), select a tag or multiple tag(s), or select all tags from the drop-down list. Tags help organize content to enable users to sort and find applicable content.
Create a new tag(s).
Type a name for the new tag in the Tag(s) field.
Click Enter to add the tag.
Select a tag(s) from the drop-down.
Click the drop-down arrow to select a tag or tags.
Select all tags.
Click the checkmark to select all tags.
Click the X to remove tags that should not be associated with the content.
Available in Content Library will determine if the content is available for use in Content Library
ON: Users with appropriate permissions will have access to the content from the Content Library.
OFF: The content will only be available for use in inTouch.
Click Save Tags.
