Content Permissions

Our content library The Content Library offers granular control over visibility, allowing users to determine who can view and access the content, empowering them to cater to specific audiences and branches.

  1. Select the More ellipsis to open the permissions Permissions panel.

  2. The Permission Permissions Panel allows you users to control visibility to the content.

  3. Available in inTouch: This toggle controls the content's use in an inTouch campaign.

    • Yes: Content is available for an inTouch

    Campaign

    • No:

    (Default)
    • Content is not available to be used in an inTouch

  4. Template Editable: Controls This toggle controls if the Content content can be edited by a user when creating a Tasktask.
