Last Outbound Call Field: a new field has been added that will always show the date / time of the last outbound call made to the contact. The field can be used as a filter for intouchinTouch, custom queues, or preset reports. Example: show me all leads where the last outbound call was > 30 days ago. Field can also be added to the inFlow application.

The Takebutton has been relocated to the front of the table in Open Leads, Custom Queues, and Prospect Search Results.This will provide enhanced convenience and easier accessibility.
