Description
A Transactional Email transactional email details a transaction and must be delivered to the involved recipient, even if they have opted out of emails. In Insellerate, new or existing email templates can be labeled as "Transactional transactional. " Once labeled, the email will be is sent to the recipient irrespective of their unsubscribe preferences or global opt-outs.
In order to To receive this functionality, the Insellerate team must implement your account and give the account permissions to Unsubscribe unsubscribe groups. Once the permission is given you will see the followfollowing:
There will be 2 new Unsubscribe groups in your Sendgrid Subaccount labeled as “Marketing” and “Transactional”
A Transaction Content Toggle will appear, which The Sendgrid subaccount will contain two new Unsubscribe Groups labeled Marketing and Transactional.
If the new Transaction Content toggle is set to ON, it will force the email will to be sent to the recipient irrespective of their unsubscribe preferences or global opt-outs if the toggle is set to ON.
