Select Email Report from the inSight drop-down menu.
The Email Report page opens.
Select the filters you would like to see on the report. (See the Email Report Filters table below.)
Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open based on the length of the time period and/or the number of email messages that were sent.
The screen displaying the report data opens. (See the Email Report Columns table below for a description of the data contained in each column.)

Sent Count | Number of emails that have been sent out |
Processed | Number of emails that have been processed by email service provider |
Delivered | Number of emails that have been accepted at the receiving server |
Open | Number of emails that have been opened/viewed by the recipient |
Click | Number of recipients who clicked a link or performed some kind of email engagement within the email |
Unsubscribe | Number of recipients who unsubscribes from mailings |
