Email Report

Description

The Email Report keeps track of inTouch drip emails that were sent out through Insellerate. Users can see an overview of the drip emails that went out for different campaigns for borrowers, partners, internal team members, and manually-entered emails.

This article provides information about the Email Report.


How to View Email Reports

  1. Select Email Report from the inSight dropdown menu.

  2. The Email Report page opens.

  3. Select the filters you would like to see on the report. (See the Email Report Filters table below.)

     

  4. Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open based on the length of the time period and/or the number of email messages that were sent.

     

  5. The screen displaying the report data opens. (See the Email Report Columns table below for a description of the data contained in each column.)

     

The exported Email Report includes a link to a web version of the email sent.


Email Report Filters

Users select options from the following filters when running an Email Report.

Contact Type

  • Filters by the type of contact selected for the email

  • May be borrowers, internal team, manual entries, or partners

    • Borrower: Primary and co-borrower associated to an application

    • Internal Team: Team members with an Insellerate account

    • Manual Entries: Email addresses manually entered within the inTouch template

    • Partners: External contacts associated to an application (real estate agents/referral partners)

Date

  • Defines the time period of the report

  • Always defaults to the current date when first opened

Branch

Filters by branch

Team/Agent

  • Filters by team or agent

  • Always defaults to All when first opened


Email Report Columns

The Email Report contains the following columns.

Data from inTouch engagements and the Content Library emails sent will be displayed in the Email Reports.

Unsubscribe

Number of recipients who unsubscribes from mailings

Deferred

  • Number of emails that cannot immediately be delivered but have not been completely rejected

  • Can send up to 72 hours later

Dropped

  • Number of emails that will not be sent to recipient

  • Often caused if there is a spam contest or if recipient unsubscribed previously

Bounce

  • Number of emails that the server cannot or will not deliver to a recipient

  • Often caused by outdated or incorrectly entered email addresses

Spam Report

Number of emails that were reportedly to have spam complaints


How to View Email Detail Popups

  1. Select any hyperlink number in the Email Report to open a detailed list of each email associated to the section. In this example, the email details for the Open column are displayed.

     

  2. Click the icon in the Preview column to view the content of a specific email.

     


How to View an Email’s Activity

You can view when the last time was that a client opened a specific email via the Last Date Email Opened field of the Script Summary for an email within a lead.

  1. From the Email Details - Open window, click the lead containing the email whose activity you would like to view.

     

  2. The application opens in the Record Details Panel of inFlow.

     

  3. Open the Contact Form and scroll to the bottom of the Script Summary. The Last Date Email Opened field shows when the email was last viewed.

     

Note: This field is only available upon request. Contact Insellerate Support to enable this feature.


How to See if an Application Has Been Unsubscribed from Emails

You can check to see if a user has unsubscribed from emails.

  1. From the Email Details - Open window, click the lead containing the email whose activity you would like to view.

     

  2. The application opens in the Record Details Panel of inFlow.

     

  3. Open the Contact Form and scroll to the bottom of the Script Summary. If the Is Email Unsubscribed? box is checked, the applicant has unsubscribed from emails.
