Description

The Alert Prioritization feature automatically orders the next best action you should take based on rules defined by your company. By default, this feature is turned OFF.

When the Alert Prioritization feature is turned ON, all of your leads are reviewed in real time and displayed in a prioritized order in the left sidebar panel Records Detail on the right side of inFlow. These alerts remain on the list until you complete the defined activity.

How to Enable Prioritized Alerts

Navigate to inFocus > Alerts Priority.

Toggle the button to On.

A green toaster appears in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the Alerts Priority has been successfully turned on.
