Alerts
Description
Alerts are used to notify you when it’s time to complete the next activity for an application. Alerts are triggered automatically when no actions have been performed on an application within the Alerts Timer.
Clicking Alerts in the Menu Panel of inFlow will display your alerts in the Record List Panel to the right.
What does the Alerts section look like?
The Alerts section lists all of your alerts with the most recent alert at the top. A maximum of 2000 alerts may be displayed in the Alerts section.
What information does an alert contain?
Information about the alert is available in the icons at the start (left side) of the alert and in the columns.
Lead Action Icons
There are five icons at the start of each alert that allow you to perform an action for that lead.

Alerts List Icons
There are five green icons in the top right of the list of alerts. These icons allow you to affect the view of the alerts list.
Number of Alerts
Lists the number of prioritized alerts. The count automatically refreshes.Refresh
Refreshes the list of prioritized alerts.Save
Saves the current list of prioritized alerts based on the columns in that view. When you log back in, the same view will open.Load Saved View
Loads a saved view of prioritized alerts.Clear Saved View
Clears the current saved view of prioritized alerts.
Columns
Column Name | Description |
Lead | First and last name of the lead |
Phone | The mobile phone number of the lead as mentioned in the inFlow lead details |
Status | The status to which the lead belongs in the organization’s workflow |
Next Activity | The next activity of the status the lead will be moved to |
Alert Note | The description of the task contained in the alert |
Due Date | The date/time field to incentivize the user to complete the alert’s task |
State | The property state of the lead as mentioned in the inFlow lead details |
Primary | The primary agent assigned to the lead |
