Session Timeout
A default one-hour session timeout occurs when you have been inactive. This is determined when there have been no clicks on the page and no navigation to other pages over the course of one hour.

Global Session Timer
Organizations can adjust the default session timeout. Open a Customer Support ticket to adjust the timing.
Session Timeout
A timeout is a predetermined period of inactivity, after which a system automatically logs a user out.
The default is 60 minutes.
Timeouts can be set between 10 minutes and 6 hours.
Timeout Warning
A timeout warning is a predetermined period of inactivity, after which a system warns of how soon the user will automatically log out a user.
The default is 5 minutes.
Timeout warnings can be set between 1-10 minutes.

A total timeout means that if you close the browser and the system cannot log you out via the session log out, you will be considered logged out after two hours.
