Description
Admins and users with the correct permissions can easily turn Prioritized Alerts on/off through inFocus.
Steps
Navigate to inFocus > Alerts Priority.
Toggle the button to On.
A green toaster appears in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the Alerts Priority has been successfully turned on.
The Prioritized Alerts option is listed in the left sidebar panel Menu Panel of inFlow and the list of prioritized alerts is displayed in the Record List Panel to the right.
