How to Enable Prioritized Alerts

Description

Admins and users with the correct permissions can easily turn Prioritized Alerts on/off through inFocus.

Steps

  1. Navigate to inFocus > Alerts Priority.

  2. Toggle the Manage Alerts Priority button to On.

  3. A green toaster appears in the top right corner of the screen confirming that the Alerts Priority has been successfully turned on.

  4. The Prioritized Alerts option is listed in the Menu Panel of inFlow and the list of prioritized alerts is displayed in the Record List Panel to the right.

Future Alerts

If an event is scheduled in the future for a record, users can choose whether or not to not show any Prioritized Alerts associated to the record by using the Exclude If Future Scheduled Follow-Up toggle.
