Description

This article describes how to send an SMS (text) message using the Quick Action Tools or Action Tools icon. An SMS message can be added in three ways:

  1. Clicking the Send SMS icon the Quick Action Tools of the listed lead in the Record List Panel

  2. Clicking the SMS icon in the Action Tools in the lead’s expanded details in the Record Details Panel

  3. Opening the Add Notes section in the lead’s expanded details in the Record Details Panel

SMS action tool launches the SMS modal. This enables the user to text with all contacts associated to the application. The SMS Overview article and related SMS documentation offer additional information.

Quick Action Tool — Send SMS

  1. Select a lead status from the inFlow options. In this example, we have selected New Lead and the leads are listed in the Record List Panel to the right.
