Quick Action Tool — Send SMS
Select a lead status from the inFlow options Menu Panel. In this example, we have selected New Lead and the leads are listed in the Record List Panel to the right.
Select a lead. In this example, the first lead (Mae Roberts) in the New Lead list is selected.
Click the SMS icon in the selected lead’s Quick Action Tools.
The SMS text messagingpopup window opens.
