The first column indicates which type of call it is.

  • Inbound

  • Outbound

The second column indicates if the call is successful. If an outbound or inbound call is not successfully connected, the call details will not be displayed in the Call Activity section.

  • Connected

  • Failed

The third column displays the Talk Time duration of the entire call.

Overview

The columns/information available in the Call Activity section include Call Direction, Call Type, Reviews, Talk Time, Date, Phone, and By. You can filter down to select the desired columns for this section. The total number of calls for the record is listed in the top right corner. Click the Refresh icon to update the section.

Call Direction

The Call Direction column indicates whether the call is an outbound call or inbound call.

The Call Type column indicates if the call was successful (connected) or unsuccessful (did not connect).

Talk Time

The Talk Time column displays the duration of the entire call. The talk time is displayed as a hyperlink only if the Ytel Phone Recording permission is On for the organization.

  • If the talk time is under 30 seconds, the talk time duration is displayed as 00:00:00.

Call Recording

Click the hyperlinked Talk Time to display a call recording popup.open the Call Recording popup window. The popup plays the recording of the call from the time it is dialed/placed through the end of the call. This may cause the call’s recording time to differ slightly from the call’s talk time in the Call Activity section.
