Sales Manager Report Updates
Total Unique Received Column
The “Total Total Unique Received” Received column is now available in the Leads section of the Sales Manager Report (SMR). This removes any duplicate counts for a lead that was assigned to a user via different methods during the defined time period. “Total Received” The Total Received column will include any duplicates if the lead was assigned to the user via different methods : such as new lead distribution, Open Leads, Manually Assigned or Custom Queuesopen leads, manually assigned, or custom queues.

Users can now click on the Lead Details popup window for a user or the hyperlinked Total column for number in the Custom Takes column (when a lead is taken from a Custom Queuecustom queue) and to see which Custom Queue custom queue the lead was taken from.

Outlook Email Integration and AiThena Review (BETA)
Users can now sync their Outlook email account and have emails automatically associated to records. New AiThena programs will intelligently review the emails, provide alerts, and recommended email or SMS responses.

A new Communication Activity report will allow users to view all new calls or email event activity in a single list at the user level or lead level. Please contact support or your Customer Success Manager about adding the Outlook integration and AiThena products.
